The beautiful and fully equipped apartment is on the 1st floor on a former stud that was rebuild to a high standard a few years ago. The stylishly furnished apartment consists of a hallway, bathroom, an open kitchen with living room, winter garden and a bedroom and is equipped with everything you need for daily life. Through the large window in the winter garden you can see the inner courtyard of the former courtyard, but it is still very quiet in the apartment. In addition, the apartment is equipped with fast internet. An underground parking space also belongs to the apartment.
About the region
The flat is located on a former estate surrounded by a nature reserve. Despite the proximity to nature, it takes only a few minutes to get to the media centre of Cologne-Ossendorf (approx. 5 min drive) and approx. 15 minutes by car to the city centre. The connection to the public transport network is not optimal.
