The living area is very large and bright; in the small adjoining room you can easily put a travel bed for a small child; the kitchen is new, contains a dishwasher & all necessary small appliances as well as cooking utensils. Blinds for bedroom windows available. Further information: Wifi free available: detailed information can be found in our info folder in the apartment. There is a small storage room with all necessary things like iron, ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner etc. Washing machine is available in the basement for shared use. Bed linen, towels, toiletries and hair dryer are provided free of charge. Washing machine and dryer may be used max. 2x per week. Both are available in the basement. The rent is a flat rate. Gas, electricity, water, garbage, wifi etc. are included in the rent!!! The size of the apartment is about 75 sqm.
