The 41 square meter apartment has been lovingly furnished to a high standard. It is fully furnished and has high quality and modern equipment. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, two excellent box spring beds (2x80cm) as well as high-speed WiFi and a smart TV. There is a high-quality bathroom with bath tub and raindance shower and a separate laundry room with washer-dryer. Our apartment is located in the heart of Karlsfeld, just a few minutes walk from the city center. There are numerous shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn station "Karlsfeld" can be reached by bike in 10 minutes, from there it takes 20 minutes to get to Munich Central Station. By car, you are in the immediate vicinity of the A8 to Ulm/Stuttgart, A9 to Nuremberg, Munich airport (20 minutes), the Olympia shopping center (15 minutes) or Garching University (20 minutes).
